CARE

Hudson Taylor believes in quality and craftsmanship. Our pieces are meant to be worn daily — but please don’t shower, workout, or sleep in them.

CLEANING

A damp, warm cloth is suitable to clean your jewelry.

STORAGE

Proper storage is also important. To prevent scratches and other damage, store your jewelry in a jewelry box or a soft cloth bag, separate from your other pieces.

WARRANTY & REPAIR

I am committed to providing high-quality, handcrafted jewelry made to last. I’m confident in the quality of our products, which is why I offer a one-year warranty from the date you receive your order for defects or issues resulting from the workmanship of the jewelry.

My warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones, damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force.

If your jewelry breaks after one year, we will repair or replace for a small fee (usually under $20), given you mail the broken item back to us. Beads gone everywhere? Don’t worry - just reach out. We’ll make it right.
